Cranberry, Pineapple and Orange Relish

Start With: Fresh Cranberries
Free up the stovetop with this no-cook relish that’s the perfect topper for roast turkey, sweet potatoes and anything else you want to slather it onto. Combine a bag (12 ounces) of fresh cranberries, an orange (peel and all), chopped pineapple (8-ounce can, drained), a bit of grated fresh ginger and sugar (to taste) into a food processer. Puree and serve in a pretty Pyrex sculpted bowl.


 

1-Minute Recipe: Layered Greek Dip
Layered Greek Dip

Start With: Prepared Hummus
Give cucumber slices and cherry tomatoes a quick pulse in the food processor. Toss with some purchased olive tapenade and feta cheese. Then simply layer it with your favorite hummus.
