Choco-cado Pudding
Ingredients

4 medium ripe avocados

⅔ cup cocoa powder

½ cup honey

1 cup milk

3 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop your avocados.
  2. Combine in a medium mixing bowl with cocoa powder, honey, milk, and vanilla and blend with a hand mixer (you may also use a blender or food processor).
  3. Divide into small individual bowls, cover with plastic wrap, and chill for up to an hour before serving.
