Everything-but-the-Kitchen-Sink Cookies

2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
1 ½ sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
½ cup brown sugar
¾ cup granulated sugar
2 eggs, room temperature
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 ½ cups candy



  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  2. Into another bowl, whisk together butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla until incorporated. Then slowly add flour mixture and keep mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Gently fold in leftover candy until mixed. Scoop dough into 18 balls, roll them in your hands. Place cookies onto a 1-2 BAKER'S SECRET® SIGNATURE™ LARGE COOKIE SHEETS, being sure to leave space in between each cookie so it can spread when baked.
  4. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown. Let cookies cool completely before serving.

EXPERT TIP: For fluffier cookies that rise up instead of spread out, as time permits, cover dough and let it chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes prior to baking.
