Brown Sugar Bagel Overnight French Toast

1 package (10 count) mini brown sugar cinnamon or cinnamon raisin bagels
8 eggs
3 cups milk
4 teaspoons granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla
Powdered sugar
Fresh strawberries or raspberries

  1. Spray CW BY CORNINGWARE™ 3 QUART CASSEROLE with cooking spray. Cut bagels into quarters and split pieces apart; arrange bagel pieces in baker. In a large bowl, beat eggs, milk, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla with whisk until well blended. Pour evenly over bagel pieces.
  2. Cover tightly with plastic wrap; refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.Heat oven to 350ᵒF. Uncover baker; bake 45 to 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar; serve with berries.
