Teriyaki Sauce
Ingredients

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons minced gingerroot
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons cold water
1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

TERIYAKI SAUCE

  1. In a Revere® saucepan, stir together soy sauce, water, brown sugar, honey, garlic, gingerroot and sesame oil. Cook over medium-high heat for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sugar is dissolved. Heat to boiling.
  2. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with cold water until dissolved. Stir into sauce; return to boiling. Cook and stir for 1 to 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in sesame seeds.
