Shrimp Pasta Salad

8 ounces small cooked shrimp

4 ounces cooked pasta (shells or ziti recommended)

1/2 cup chopped cucumber

3/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup chopped celery

1/4 cup chopped red onion

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1 tsp white wine vinegar

1 tsp lemon juice


Shrimp Pasta Salad

Combine shrimp, pasta, cucumber, tomato, celery, and onion in medium bowl. Whisk mayonnaise, vinegar and lemon juice  in small bowl until combined. Add dressing to salad and toss to coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
