3/4 cup sugar
2 large cucumbers, sliced
Juice of 1 lime
2 sprigs fresh basil
8 cups water
CUCUMBER BASIL LIME POPS
- In a blender, place sugar, cucumbers, lime juice and basil. Cover; pulse until smooth. Add water; process until blended. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight to let the flavors meld.
- Strain mixture; discard solids. Pour puree into a BAKER’S SECRET® 12 CUP MUFFIN PAN or BAKER’S SECRET® 24 CUP MINI MUFFIN PAN as desired for size of pop.
- Cut a sheet of waxed paper the same size as muffin pan; cut slits in paper so they are lined up with each muffin cup. Slip a craft stick or lollipop stick into each slit. The waxed paper will help keep the sticks upright. Freeze overnight and enjoy!
