2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
1 ½ sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
½ cup brown sugar
¾ cup granulated sugar
2 eggs, room temperature
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 ½ cups candy
- Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- Into another bowl, whisk together butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla until incorporated. Then slowly add flour mixture and keep mixing until a dough forms.
- Gently fold in leftover candy until mixed. Scoop dough into 18 balls, roll them in your hands. Place cookies onto a 1-2 BAKER'S SECRET® SIGNATURE™ LARGE COOKIE SHEETS, being sure to leave space in between each cookie so it can spread when baked.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown. Let cookies cool completely before serving.
