2 medium sweet potatoes (about 6×3 inches)
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
OVEN-ROASTED SWEET POTATO FRIES
- Heat oven to 425°F. Spray BAKER'S SECRET® SIGNATURE™ LARGE COOKIE SHEET with cooking spray.
- Scrub potatoes; pat dry. If ends are very thin and pointy, cut off and discard (or they will burn when
baked). Cut potatoes lengthwise in half. Cut each half into about 6 wedges; place cut side down on cookie sheet. Spray tops of wedges with cooking spray. Sprinkle with half of the seasoned salt, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until bottoms have golden-brown spots. Turn wedges; spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle with remaining seasoned salt, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Bake about 5 minutes longer or until fork-tender.
