Oven-Roasted Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients

2 medium sweet potatoes (about 6×3 inches)
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper

Instructions

OVEN-ROASTED SWEET POTATO FRIES

  1. Heat oven to 425°F. Spray BAKER'S SECRET® SIGNATURE™ LARGE COOKIE SHEET with cooking spray.
  2. Scrub potatoes; pat dry. If ends are very thin and pointy, cut off and discard (or they will burn when
    baked). Cut potatoes lengthwise in half. Cut each half into about 6 wedges; place cut side down on cookie sheet. Spray tops of wedges with cooking spray. Sprinkle with half of the seasoned salt, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until bottoms have golden-brown spots. Turn wedges; spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle with remaining seasoned salt, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Bake about 5 minutes longer or until fork-tender.
