Sweet ‘n Spicy Drummettes
Ingredients

1 bag (48 oz) frozen chicken wing drummettes, thawed
1/3 cup barbecue sauce (any variety)
3 tablespoons peach preserves
1/4 teaspoon Sriracha sauce

Instructions

SWEET ’N SPICY DRUMMETTES

  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Spray BAKER'S SECRET® SIGNATURE™ LARGE COOKIE SHEET with cooking spray. Pat excess moisture from thawed drummettes with paper towels.
  2. In large microwavable bowl such as a PYREX® SCULPTURED MIXING BOWL, mix barbecue sauce, preserves and Sriracha sauce. Microwave on High about 30 seconds or until large lumps of preserves can be stirred smooth. Add drummettes; toss to coat thoroughly with sauce. Arrange in single layer on cookie sheet.
  3. Bake 45 to 55 minutes, turning once after 30 minutes, until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
