1 bag (48 oz) frozen chicken wing drummettes, thawed
1/3 cup barbecue sauce (any variety)
3 tablespoons peach preserves
1/4 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
SWEET ’N SPICY DRUMMETTES
- Heat oven to 375°F. Spray BAKER'S SECRET® SIGNATURE™ LARGE COOKIE SHEET with cooking spray. Pat excess moisture from thawed drummettes with paper towels.
- In large microwavable bowl such as a PYREX® SCULPTURED MIXING BOWL, mix barbecue sauce, preserves and Sriracha sauce. Microwave on High about 30 seconds or until large lumps of preserves can be stirred smooth. Add drummettes; toss to coat thoroughly with sauce. Arrange in single layer on cookie sheet.
- Bake 45 to 55 minutes, turning once after 30 minutes, until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
