1 cup whipped cream cheese with chives (from 8-oz container)
12 slices prosciutto* (about 6 oz), cut lengthwise in half
1 cup arugula
24 thin breadsticks (from 3-oz box)
- Carefully spread cream cheese over each half slice of prosciutto. Arrange arugula over cream cheese with ends of arugula hanging over long sides of prosciutto; press arugula lightly into cream cheese.
- Place 1 breadstick along short side of prosciutto slice; roll up. Repeat. Serve immediately.
- Substitution Tip: If prosciutto is not available, substitute thin slices of cooked ham.
