1 cup basil pesto
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
6 flour tortillas (8 inch)
1/2 cup finely chopped seeded tomato
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (3 oz)
- In medium bowl, mix pesto and mayonnaise. Spread mixture evenly over tortillas. Sprinkle each with tomato and cheese; roll up. Wrap individually in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 2 hours or until ready to serve.
- To serve, cut each roll into 8 pieces. If desired, secure each piece with toothpick.
