Easier-Than-Takeout Tortellini Soup
Ingredients

1 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
3½ cups vegetable or chicken broth
1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
1 package (9 oz) refrigerated tortellini
3 cups shredded kale
1 tablespoon pesto

Instructions

Easier-Than-Takeout Tortellini Soup

  1. In a large saucepan or CORNINGWARE® FRENCH WHITE® CAST ALUMINUM™ 4-QT BRAISER, sauté onion in oil 2-3 minutes. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Stir in broth and tomatoes. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes.
  2. Add tortellini; cook 8-10 minutes or until tender. Stir in kale and pesto.
