1/2 cup butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can (16.3 oz) large refrigerated biscuits
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
GARLIC PARMESAN KNOTS
- Heat oven to 425°F. In small bowl, mix butter, garlic and parsley with whisk. Salt and pepper lightly. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Roll each biscuit into a long, thin rope, then twist into a knot. Dip in butter mixture, then coat with cheese. Place knots in a CORNINGWARE® FRENCH WHITE 9″ PIE PLATE. Drizzle remaining butter mixture on top. Bake 12 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
