1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon dried sage leaves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup milk
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/3 cup barbecue sauce
1/3 cup coarsely crushed corn chips
CRUNCHY-TOPPED MEAT LOAF
- Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, mix all ingredients except barbecue sauce and corn chips. Shape mixture into an 8×4-inch loaf; place in ungreased CORNINGWARE® FRENCH WHITE™ 2-1/2 QT. OVAL CASSEROLE WITH GLASS LID. Spread barbecue sauce over loaf.
- Bake uncovered 50 to 60 minutes until meat thermometer inserted in center of loaf reads 165°F. Sprinkle with corn chips; let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
