2-1/4 cups original all-purpose baking mix
2/3 cup milk
2 cups barbecue sauce
2 cups cut-up cooked chicken
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1. Heat oven to 375°F. Spray CorningWare® French White™ 2.5 Qt. Round Casserole with Glass Lid with cooking spray.
2. In medium bowl, stir baking mix and milk until soft dough forms. Drop half of dough by tablespoonfuls evenly in bottom of casserole (dough will not completely cover bottom).
3. Drizzle about 1 cup barbecue sauce over dough. Sprinkle with 1 cup of the chicken and 1 cup of the cheese. Repeat layers with remaining dough, barbecue sauce, chicken and cheese.
4. Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with parsley.
