4 oz bulk pork sausage
2 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 cup cubed process American cheese
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
1/2 cup corn flakes cereal
2 tablespoons butter, melted
CHEESY BAKED BREAKFAST BROWNS
- Heat oven to 350°F. In small skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain well.
- In medium bowl, mix sausage, potatoes, cheeses, sour cream, soup and onion. Spoon into a CORNINGWARE® COLOURS® POP-INS® 20-OZ MUG.
- Bake uncovered 30 minutes. Mix cereal and melted butter; sprinkle over top. Bake 10 to 12 minutes longer or until topping is golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
