Eat Your Veggies Noodle Pie
Ingredients

1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni (3-1/2 oz)
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup broccoli slaw
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (6 oz)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

EAT YOUR VEGGIES NOODLE PIE

Heat oven to 375°F. Spray a PYREX® 9.5 INCH EASY-GRAB PIE PLATE with cooking spray.

In 2-quart saucepan, cook macaroni as directed on package, adding carrots and broccoli slaw for the last 2 minutes; drain.

In large bowl, beat eggs. Stir in 1 cup of the cheese, the milk, salt and macaroni mixture. Pour into pie plate.

Bake uncovered 25 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
