2 tablespoons orange juice
1-1/2 teaspoons olive oil
1-1/2 teaspoons honey
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/2 cup fresh blackberries
1/2 cup quartered fresh strawberries
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1/4 cup slivered or sliced almonds
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, if desired
- In a small bowl, mix dressing ingredients with a whisk until well blended.
- Drizzle dressing into a PYREX® PREMIUM™ 4 CUP ROUND STORAGE DISH, RED. Layer with blackberries, strawberries, blueberries and raspberries; top with almonds. Seal with the airtight lid. Store in refrigerator until ready to eat. To serve, shake gently to coat the fruit with dressing. Remove lid; top with yogurt and enjoy!
