Apple and Greens Salad
Ingredients

Dressing:
3 tablespoons almond butter
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/8 teaspoon coarse sea salt

Salad:
1 small green apple, thinly sliced
1 stalk celery, diced
3 radishes, thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
3 cups salad greens

Instructions

APPLE AND GREENS SALAD

  1. In a jar or other tightly sealed container, shake dressing ingredients until emulsified.
  2. Pour 2 tablespoons of the dressing into a PYREX® PREMIUM™ 4 CUP ROUND STORAGE DISH, RED. (Refrigerate remaining dressing for another use.) Layer apple, celery, radishes and walnuts on top of dressing; cover with salad greens. Seal with the airtight lid. Refrigerate until ready to eat. To serve, shake, remove lid and enjoy!

TIP: The dressing may thicken when chilled. Remove salad from the fridge 30 minutes before serving to allow the dressing to come to room temp, which will help it coat the contents more easily.
