Seasoned Sour Cream
1-1/2 cups sour cream
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained, rinsed
1 can (11 oz) whole kernel corn with red and green peppers, drained
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
1 cup chopped tomatoes, well drained
1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
4 medium green onions, chopped (1/4 cup)

- In medium bowl, mix seasoned sour cream ingredients; set aside.
- In another medium bowl, mix beans and corn. Spoon mixture evenly into a SNAPWARE®TOTAL SOLUTION™ 6-CUP RECTANGLE PYREX® GLASS FOOD STORAGE WITH PLASTIC LID. Spread sour cream mixture over bean mixture. Sprinkle with cheese; top with tomatoes.
- In same bowl used for bean mixture, mix bacon, olives and onions; sprinkle over tomatoes. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors. Serve with tortilla chips.
