1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 slices bacon
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 tablespoon shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 green onion, chopped
FULLY LOADED MUG BAKED POTATO
- In a CORNINGWARE® POP-INS® 20 OUNCE MUG, place potatoes and water. Microwave uncovered on High 6 to 8 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain if necessary. Add salt, garlic powder and pepper; toss. Cover to keep warm.
- Line microwavable plate with microwavable paper towel; place bacon on paper towel. Cover with another sheet of microwavable paper towel. Microwave on High about 2 minutes or until crisp. Crumble bacon.
- Top potatoes with sour cream, bacon, cheese and onion.
