PERFECT HARD-BOILED EGGS
- Heat oven to 350°F. Line a BAKER’S SECRET® SIGNATURE™ 12 CUP MUFFIN PAN with parchment or silicone baking cups. Place 1 egg in each cup.
- Bake 30 minutes.
- Fill a large bowl with ice water. With a spoon, transfer hot eggs to ice water. Cool 10 minutes.
- Peel and use immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 1 week.
